Barbara Goleman Senior High School’s dance team, The Jewels, is hosting the last set of tryouts for the 2016-2017 season from July 12-14 at 8 to 11 a.m. The Jewels Dance Team is led by teacher Sara Yanes.

The Miami Lakes Quilters Club has once again assembled a number of colorful and patriotic quilts just in time for the Fourth of July to honor injured soldiers on their way home.
