Louis Edwin Pease of Hiawassee, Georgia, passed away peacefully on December 8 at his home. He was born on March 8, 1940 in Hialeah, the son of the late Everett Pease and the late Marie Ruth Geiger Pease. He received an undergraduate degree from Duke University, a Masters degree from John Hopkins University, and a PhD from Florida State University.
